A human body can go weeks without food, days without water, but only minutes without air. Breath influences every process in our body, yet we've somehow never really learned how to breathe. Nowadays, there's fortunately a fast growing awareness of the benefits of conscious breathing, leading to various movements and practices. Currently, the most popular breathing techniques include holotropic breathing, transformational breathing, trauma release breathing, DMT breathing, kundalini activation breathing, and connected breathing. This variety of methods is attracting more and more people into the transformative journey of experiencing the power of breath for themselves. A recent study from Stanford University even shows that breathwork gets better results than meditation. How amazing!

I offer sessions in the comfort of your own home or garden. If you'd like, these sessions can include bodywork, which helps your body receive the breath better. You can book me for individual sessions, groups sessions, retreats, and events.

Wow what a special experience this was. My first breathing session in the middle of nature in Ibiza. Harald was able to guide me perfectly. He chose just the right music and his calm, gentle voice made sure I was completely involved. I felt safe and knew I could go to him if necessary. Harald came to provide a breathwork session with bodywork during a multi-day group retreat and during a one-day private retreat. Both the very experienced and not at all experienced participants were very pleased with the breathing session that lasted for a long time. Even months later, I heard from participants how much impact this session had for them. It fit exactly with the theme of birth work in the retreat, releases took place, there was literally air, space, light and relaxation. The collaboration was very pleasant and relaxed and completely tailored to what suited the group. He created a safe setting. I would definitely recommend Harald for a retreat!

Practical information
I cannot offer sessions if you are pregnant or under intence medication treatment. If in doubt consult your doctor for approval
Most exercises we do on a yoga mat or mattress. Wear comfortable clothing. Don’t eat or drink too much before. It is helpful if you have a place where you can fully relax and surrender to what will happen during the session
Everybody reacts differently to breathwork. There is no right or wrong; just let the magic happen. Most people feel very calm, energetic, and loving after breathwork
Sessions typically last between 1 and 1.5 hours for individual sessions. Group sessions run around 2 hours. In the end, it all depends on how your body responds to the breathing
Some people experience strong reactions to the breathwork, that is totally fine and normal. Try to surrender to what your body is telling you
For private sessions, my rate is 100 Euros per hour, plus any applicable travel costs.

About me
I discovered the transformative power of breathwork a few years ago during a challenging period in my life. I was grappling with high levels of stress, which had taken a toll on both my mental and physical well-being. After just one session, I experienced a profound shift—it felt as though I had been reborn. I reconnected with my emotions, felt more open, and discovered a unique blend of strength and vulnerability within myself. It was at that moment that I realized I needed to become a breath coach. Now, I'm on a mission to share this life-changing experience with others.
Breathwork possesses the incredible capacity to reduce stress, alleviate trauma, and induce a profound sense of calm and relaxation. To me, it often feels like a direct path to well-being—a kind of secret code to unlock a sense of inner peace. What's remarkable is that I don't have to engage in a conversation with anybody; my body simply releases negativity. Frequently, I don't even know where the negativity is coming from.
